In just 1–2 hours, we come to you — capturing the real, behind-the-scenes moments that make your brand feel human and your team look like the professionals they are.

• 1–2 hour on-location shoot (lifestyle, candid, and team/office photos)

• 20 professionally edited photos

• 3 b-roll video clips

• All content delivered in original format plus resized edits for website and social media use

No stiff poses. No all-day production. Just great content your team can actually use.

Payment & Scheduling

Payment is due in full before the scheduled shoot date. Your date is held on our calendar once payment is received.

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation.

Rescheduling: we're happy to move your date once, at no charge, with at least 48 hours' notice. Reschedules requested with less notice, or after a missed shoot date, are subject to a new booking.

Delivery: edited photos and video clips are delivered within 7-10 business days of the shoot.

Shoot scope covers the hours and deliverables listed above. Additional locations, hours, or content can be added at an additional rate.

Client is responsible for site access, crew availability, and any property permissions needed on the day of the shoot.

Outdoor shoots affected by weather will be rescheduled at no charge to the client.

Ownership & Use

• Final materials belong to the Client.

• Drafts and source files remain the intellectual property of Run Your Life Company LLC unless agreed otherwise.

• Run Your Life Company LLC retains the right to use final materials for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

All shared information will remain private and confidential unless otherwise permitted in writing.

Limitation of Liability

• Run Your Life Company LLC is not liable for the outcomes or misuse of delivered materials after project completion.

Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms.
