JULY 2026 PICK
The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown — if you haven't read this one, move it to the top of your list.
Brené is one of my favorite authors. She's deeply researched, incredibly real, and this book is no exception. It's all about wholehearted living — finding more balance, letting go of who you think you're supposed to be, and making space for the things that actually fill your cup.
The best part? You can start implementing what she shares almost immediately. No matter where you're at in life, there's something in this book for you.
Highly, highly recommend.

AUGUST 2026 PICK
The Confidence Code by Katty Kay & Claire Shipman — this one really stuck with me.
What I loved most was how research-heavy it is — studies, interviews, real data. It never feels dry though, it feels fascinating. One of my favorite sections digs into how confidence shows up differently in men and women and how much of that is shaped by society. Eye opening.
There's also a really practical section on instilling confidence in your daughters that I found incredibly valuable — actionable tips you can actually start using right away.
Highly recommend this one, especially if you're a woman, a mom, or both.
